Dr Tohouri is a pioneer in digital health infrastructure with two decades of experience designing, deploying, and scaling health information systems across Africa. In 2006, he was part of the historic team that launched the very first DHIS2 implementation in Sierra Leone—marking the beginning of a lifelong journey in public health informatics.
Today, as the Chairman of HISP Côte d'Ivoire and the force behind YaLIM.Cloud, Dr Tohouri bridges the gap between complex DevOps and national-scale health interventions. He is dedicated to empowering governments, NGOs, and IT teams with secure, high-performance, and automated digital public goods hosting.
Tuogoh Ali Yeo
Tuogoh Ali Yeo est un ingénieur logiciel et expert des systèmes d’information sanitaire DHIS2 et OpenMRS.
Il administre des serveurs DHIS2 à l’échelle nationale. Il a notamment piloté la migration des instances de l’écosystème SIGSANTE pour la Direction de l’Information Sanitaire (DIS). Il développe aussi des applications sur mesure et conduit des implémentations de dossiers patients électroniques.
Il travaille avec les ministères de santé et des partenaires internationaux tels que l’OMS, le CDC/HISPWA... et des programmes financés par le Fonds Mondial. Passionné de transmission, il forme des équipes techniques dans toute l’Afrique de l’Ouest francophone. Dans ce webinaire, il partage une méthode éprouvée pour mettre une instance DHIS2 en production rapidement et en toute sécurité.
